Here are some potential repercussions:   ![Image ALT Tag](https://rwsremodel.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/@marketplace/IMPACT/Trust/images/placeholder/x-mark-icon.svg) ### Misalignment with Existing Structure Without a skilled contractor, ensuring your addition seamlessly integrates with the existing structure in terms of architectural style, materials, and finishes may be challenging. ![Image ALT Tag](https://rwsremodel.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/@marketplace/IMPACT/Trust/images/placeholder/x-mark-icon.svg) ### Financial Inconsistencies Inexperienced contractors may have difficulty staying within their proposed budget for a myriad of reasons: unforeseen costs which can lead to inaccurate estimates, not accounting for trade partner collaborations (engineers, architects, etc.), and misuse of time & resources. ![Image ALT Tag](https://rwsremodel.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/@marketplace/IMPACT/Trust/images/placeholder/x-mark-icon.svg) ### Time Delays Lack of expertise and poor project management can lead to frustrating delays, disrupting your daily life for longer than anticipated. ![Image ALT Tag](https://rwsremodel.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/@marketplace/IMPACT/Trust/images/placeholder/x-mark-icon.svg) ### Safety Concerns Poor construction quality and substandard materials can lead to safety hazards and reduce the durability and longevity of your renovated space. ![Image ALT Tag](https://rwsremodel.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/@marketplace/IMPACT/Trust/images/placeholder/x-mark-icon.svg) ### Disputes A lack of a well-drafted contract or a contractor who does not fulfill contractual obligations may lead to disputes, conflicts, and potential legal actions.
