Our team has extensive experience working closely with architects and engineers to ensure that every aspect of the project is meticulously planned, designed, and executed to meet the highest standards.

Our approach to coordinating with architects and engineers throughout the design and construction phases is founded on open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect. RWS welcomes a high level of input from architects and engineers throughout both the planning and execution phases of our projects. During the planning phase, we actively seek your input to ensure that the design is not only aesthetically pleasing but also structurally sound, functional, and compliant with regulations.

Accurate implementation starts with preconstruction planning. Before commencing work, RWS has a rigorous planning process, thoroughly examining plans in depth. We prioritize transparent communication to promptly address any discrepancies or challenges, fostering a proactive problem-solving approach. 

When significant client-requested changes or unexpected issues arise, prompt notification of architects and engineers is foremost. Final solutions are identified through collaborative problem-solving between all parties involved. 

RWS ensures compliance with building codes and regulations by conducting thorough research and analysis of applicable codes, keeping our team informed and updated. Code compliance and safety begins during the preconstruction planning process. 

RWS prides itself on facilitating effective communication and collaboration with architectural and engineering professionals through various systems. We use a 3D LIDAR scanning system called Matterport® that provides in-depth visuals and measurements. Additionally, we use project management software, such as BuildBook and Microsoft Teams for seamless communication and document sharing. 

While not always necessary, RWS welcomes budgetary consultations with architects prior to the presentation of initial concepts to their clients. Detailed in-depth cost evaluations with the client occur during the pre-construction planning phase, providing clients with the opportunity to make budgetarily related decisions prior to signing the construction contract.
